These terms cover the Recover Old Leads service, operated by Applied AI Advisory, Charlotte, NC. Plain English, on purpose.
You give us an export of your company's past leads and customers. We sort and check the list, identify the people most likely to be ready now, and re-contact them under your company name by text, live call, or postcard. When someone is ready, they are delivered to your phone in real time as a service request; your team calls and books the job.
The pilot runs 90 days from kickoff. Pricing is a one-time setup fee plus a per-service-request price, both quoted in writing before you commit.
If we have not delivered at least 10 service requests to your phone by day 90 — counted from our delivery records — we keep working at no additional charge until we have.
Your lead list remains your property. We use it only to perform this service for you, and we never sell it, share it, or use it for another client.
You confirm the leads you send us are people who contacted your company, and you review and approve outreach messages before they go out. You agree not to send us lists you bought or scraped.
The service is provided as-is; other than the guarantee above, we don't promise specific results. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us. Either side can end the engagement in writing; fees already earned aren't refunded except as the guarantee provides. North Carolina law governs.
